Rainimator (real: Rain Allen Olaguer), previously Radapedaxa, is a Filipino Minecraft YouTube animator known for his consecutive MC Animated sagas, such as Fractures. He specializes in Minecraft Original Animated Music Videos, and is at the forefront of the genre since 2017. He is currently at 2.2M subscribers.
Time as RadApedaxa and Cubeworks[]
Before launching the channel 'Rainimator' on August 11th, 2017, Rain had another channel known as Radpedaxa. In it, he created many popular Minecraft parodies, as well as tutorials and shorts, such as ‘Shut Up and Mine With Me’ and ‘Take me down’. In late 2017, a MCN known as CubeWorks: Digital Studios offered Rain's channel an animator position. However, now with control over his channel, the MCN rebranded Radapedaxa as CubeWorks, profiting over his videos without any original content, and gaining increased hate from fans of Rain who learned what happened.
In 2018, CubeWorks suddenly went dormant. Over two years later, in 2020, CubeWorks rebranded as Redstone Records, streaming loops of previous content. However, they now create several new original Minecraft videos.
Story[]
Rainimator has created one story across his videos that is separated into three seasons. They are 'Herobrine's Revenge', 'The Last Ender Watcher' and 'Endstone Crusaders' . A fourth season ‘Unburnt Rebellion’, is currently in development.
